(More customer reviews)For those that don't want to spring for the nearly $600 to buy a Garmin Zumo 550...this is a superb alternative for adding a less expensive Garmin GPS to your bike.I installed my 3-year old Garmin Nuvi 650 using a Ram Mount and this power cable hooked in to my BMW R1200GS Adventure's Can-Bus electrical system.I've had it installed on my bike for a month now and It works beautifully.I spent about $100 total in parts versus the $600 for a new Garmin Zumo 550.Yes, my Nuvi 650 isn't waterproof like the Zumo 550, but that's nothing a 1-quart Zip-Loc freezer bag and a rubber band can't fix on those rare occasions I get stuck in the rain.$100 versus $600?That was a no-brainer!!!
